All service requests submitted via our booking form are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not considered final until you receive a confirmation email or call from a Unity Arc Boss representative. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our coverage areas or capabilities.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless a prior agreement or seasonal contract is established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers as standard in Finland. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of standard service labor.
Unity Arc Boss is fully insured. However, our liability for any damages arising out of the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues resulting from manufacturer defects in parts/appliances.
